Shipping (Outside EU)

Please contact us for shipments outside the EU. contact@rosafrauenschuh.com Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and extra fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that items shipped outside the EU are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
Taxes and duties are excluded and must be paid by the customer. All import VAT/taxes and customs duties must be paid by the customer

Returns Policy

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
